After winning the premier league last season my team Chelsea imploded and finished 10th this season, having secured a paltry 50 points from 38 games we finish 31 points behind this year’s champion Leicester. This is the worst defence of a premier league title in the history of the premier league! Oh the ignominy of mid-table mediocrity!
And whose fault was it that things went so disastrously wrong in the 2015/16 campaign? The owner? The board? The manager who lost his job in the process? The players? The fans? Nobody’s?
Well we get a chance to make a fresh start for the 2016/16 season and I hope our new manager gets it right from day one. Come on you Blues!
